How is this different from other types of therapy?
I realized there are hundreds of books and courses out there that teach about self-love, healing, spirituality, and feminine empowerment through “One size fits all” strategies, but many women are still not achieving the results they want because there is a HUGE component missing in these teachings, and that is: Embodiment and energy work.
This is why I birthed Embodied MUSE.
This intimate container focuses on creating an open, safe, loving space for you to discover your deepest truth, and embody new belief systems that support you in creating the life and experiences you desire through an approach based on somatic healing, Tantric practices, ancestral and generational trauma release, embodied manifestation, and goal-envisioning processes.

Over the past 8 years of my life, I’ve immersed myself in deep practices including meditation, breathwork, Somatic & Energy Therapy, Tantric and Daoist lineages, and completed a year-long coaching certification in Sex, Love and Relationships at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality, and Holistic Nutrition at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Why I created this offering...
For most of my life, I felt disconnected from my original essence and true identity as a woman.
I rejected my body and measured my worth on my physical appearance.
I convinced myself of the belief that I needed to quiet my internal world by judging and neglecting my emotions in order to be a “strong woman.”
After hearing so many times that my sexuality and liberated expression were wrong, I chose hiding behind false masks, people pleasing, and learned to numb by disconnecting from my body as coping mechanisms.
I convinced myself of being “too much.”
I tried to adjust to a “good-girl” mold that never felt in alignment with who I was, thinking that it would make me feel loved, whole, and truly seen by others.
The insatiable need for a sense of belonging and validation became a reflection of my relationships; constantly getting involved with emotionally unavailable partners, codependency, making others responsible for my pain, and feeling unable to surrender and trust in love.
I AM DETERMINED TO SHARE THE MEDICINE THAT HAS BEEN RADICALLY CHANGING MY LIFE AND SUPPORT OTHER WOMEN TO FIND THEIR OWN VERSION OF PLEASURE, JOY, BEAUTY, AND LIBERATION.

Q. Are coaching sessions virtual?
Yes. All coaching is done via video calls through a software called Zoom. This means I can coach you from anywhere in the world!
Q. How do I know if this program is right for me?
This work is in alignment with a woman who is ready to make real change in her life, to show up fully, and commit to her desires and personal transformation.
It is not for you if you aren’t open and ready for change, or you’re looking for a quick band-aid solution. The work we do is powerful and deeply transformational. Together, we will get to the root of your blockages and co-create a road map to lasting self-worth and personal connection.

Q. How will I know if this will work for me?

Q. How much time will the practices take?
It depends! Practices are anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes long. Based on the specific thing that we’re addressing, the length of your practice will vary. Ideally I suggest a regular practice of 3-5 times a week. The more you commit to your practice, the more you’ll experience the benefits of and transformation behind this work.
